The left side bears the image of the iconic Eagle Scout medal and banners reading Eagle Scout and Scouting America. The engraved images on both sides, along with the winged leaf border, are selectively plated with brilliant 24-karat gold. A tri-colored medallion replicating the Eagle Scout badge is inlaid into the richly grained American walnut stock. The six badges of advancement that mark a Scout’s journey to the Eagle Scout rank along with the phrase Trail to Eagle are inscribed on the right side of the forearm and hand-filled with gleaming gold.
